이 약관은 메이드미 성형외과 의원(이하 '회사')가 제공하는 서비스 이용조건 및 절차에 관한 사항과 기타 필요한 사항을 전기통신사업법 및 동법 시행령이 정하는 대로 준수하고 규정함을 목적으로 합니다

제1조(목적 등)

① 메이드미성형외과 의원(http://www.mademe.co.kr) 이용자 약관(이하 "본 약관"이라 합니다)은 이용자가 메이드미성형외과 의원에서 제공하는 인터넷 관련 서비스(이하 "서비스"라 합니다)를 이용함에 있어 회원과 메이드미성형외과 의원의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

② 회원이 되고자 하는 자가 메이드미성형외과 의원에서 정한 소정의 절차를 거쳐서 "등록하기" 단추를 누르면 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주합니다. 본 약관에 정하는 이외의 회원과 메이드미성형외과 의원의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항에 관해서는 전기통신사업법 기타 대한민국의 관련 법령과 상관습에 의합니다.

제2조(회원의 정의)

"회원"이란 메이드미성형외과 의원에 접속하여 본 약관에 따라 메이드미성형외과 의원 온라인 회원으로 가입하여 메이드미성형외과 의원에 제공하는 서비스를 받는 자를 말합니다.

제3조 (회원 가입)

① 회원이 되고자 하는 자는 메이드미성형외과 의원이 정한 가입 양식에 따라 회원정보를 기입하고 "등록하기" 단추를 누르는 방법으로 회원 가입을 신청합니다.

② 메이드미성형외과 의원은 제1항과 같이 회원으로 가입할 것을 신청한 자가 다음 각 호에 해당하지 않는 한 신청한 자를 회원으로 등록합니다.

1. 가입신청자가 본 약관 제6조 제3항에 의하여 이전에 회원자격을 상실한 적이 있는 경우. 다만 제6조 제3항에 의한 회원자격 상실 후 3년이 경과한 자로서 메이드미성형외과 의원과의 회원 재가입 승낙을 얻은 경우에는 예외로 합니다.

2. 등록 내용에 허위, 기재누락, 오기가 있는 경우

3. 기타 회원으로 등록하는 것이 메이드미성형외과 의원의 기술상 현저히 지장이 있다고 판단되는 경우

③ 회원가입계약의 성립시기는 메이드미성형외과 의원과의 승낙이 가입신청자에게 도달한 시점으로 합니다.

④ 회원은 제1항의 회원정보 기재 내용에 변경이 발생한 경우, 즉시 변경사항을 정정하여 기재하여야 합니다.

제4조(서비스의 제공 및 변경)

① 메이드미성형외과 의원은 회원에게 아래와 같은 서비스를 제공합니다.

1. 메이드미성형외과 의원 뉴스 메일 서비스

2. 메이드미성형외과 의원 온라인 상담실 /예약 이용 서비스

3. 메이드미성형외과 의원 온라인 회원을 위한 섹션 및 컨텐츠 서비스

4. 기타 메이드미성형외과 의원이 타 업체와 제휴해서 제공하는 각종 서비스

② 메이드미성형외과 의원은 그 변경될 서비스의 내용 및 제공일자를 제7조 제2항에서 정한 방법으로 회원에게 통지하고, 제1항에 정한 서비스를 변경하여 제공할 수 있습니다.

제5조(서비스의 중단)

① 메이드미성형외과 의원은 컴퓨터 등 정보통신설비의 보수점검·교체 및 고장, 통신의 두절 등의 사유가 발생한 경우에는 서비스의 제공을 일시적으로 중단할 수 있고, 새로운 서비스로의 교체 기타 메이드미성형외과 의원이 적절하다고 판단하는 사유에 기하여 현재 제공되는 서비스를 완전히 중단할 수 있습니다.

② 제1항에 의한 서비스 중단의 경우에는 메이드미성형외과 의원은 제7조 제2항에서 정한 방법으로 회원에게 통지합니다. 다만, 메이드미성형외과 의원이 통제할 수 없는 사유로 인한 서비스의 중단(시스템 관리자의 고의, 과실이 없는 디스크 장애, 시스템 다운 등)으로 인하여 사전 통지가 불가능한 경우에는 그러하지 아니합니다.

제6조(회원 탈퇴 및 자격 상실 등)

① 회원은 메이드미성형외과 의원에 언제든지 자신의 회원 등록을 말소해 줄 것(회원 탈퇴)을 요청할 수 있으며, 메이드미성형외과 의원은 위 요청을 받은 즉시 해당 회원의 회원 등록 말소를 위한 절차를 밟습니다.

② 회원이 다음 각 호의 사유에 해당하는 경우, 메이드미성형외과 의원은 회원의 회원자격을 적절한 방법으로 제한 및 정지, 상실시킬 수 있습니다.

1. 가입 신청 시에 허위 내용을 등록한 경우

2. 다른 사람의 메이드미성형외과 의원 사이트 이용을 방해하거나 그 정보를 도용하는 등 전자거래질서를 위협하는 경우

3. 메이드미성형외과 의원을 이용하여 법령과 본 약관이 금지하거나 공서양속에 반하는 행위를 하는 경우


③ 메이드미성형외과 의원이 회원의 회원자격을 상실시키기로 결정한 경우에는 회원등록을 말소합니다. 이 경우 회원인 회원에게 회원등록 말소 전에 이를 통지하고, 소명할 기회를 부여합니다.

제7조(회원에 대한 통지)

① 메이드미성형외과 의원이 특정 회원에 대한 통지를 하는 경우 메이드미성형외과 의원에 등록한 메일주소로 할 수 있습니다.

② 메이드미성형외과 의원이 불특정다수 회원에 대한 통지를 하는 경우 1주일이상 메이드미성형외과 의원 게시판에 게시함으로써 개별 통지에 갈음할 수 있습니다.

제8조(회원의 개인정보보호)

메이드미성형외과 의원은 관련법령이 정하는 바에 따라서 회원 등록정보를 포함한 회원의 개인정보를 보호하기 위하여 노력합니다. 회원의 개인정보보호에 관해서는 관련법령 및 메이드미성형외과 의원이 정하는 "개인정보보호정책"에 정한 바에 의합니다.

제9조(메이드미성형외과 의원의 의무)

① 메이드미성형외과 의원은 법령과 본 약관이 금지하거나 공서양속에 반하는 행위를 하지 않으며 본 약관이 정하는 바에 따라 지속적이고, 안정적으로 서비스를 제공하기 위해서 노력합니다.
② 메이드미성형외과 의원은 회원이 안전하게 인터넷 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 회원의 개인정보(신용정보포함)보호를 위한 보안 시스템을 구축합니다.

③ 메이드미성형외과 의원은 회원이 원하지 않는 영리목적의 광고성 전자우편을 발송하지 않습니다.

제10조(회원의 ID 및 비밀번호에 대한 의무)

① 메이드미성형외과 의원이 관계법령, "개인정보보호정책"에 의해서 그 책임을 지는 경우를 제외하고, 자신의 ID와 비밀번호에 관한 관리책임은 각 회원에게 있습니다.

② 회원은 자신의 ID 및 비밀번호를 제3자에게 이용하게 해서는 안됩니다.

③ 회원은 자신의 ID 및 비밀번호를 도난당하거나 제3자가 사용하고 있음을 인지한 경우에는 바로 메이드미성형외과 의원에 통보하고 메이드미성형외과 의원의 안내가 있는 경우에는 그에 따라야 합니다.

제11조(회원의 의무)

① 회원은 다음 각 호의 행위를 하여서는 안됩니다.

1. 회원가입신청 또는 변경 시 허위내용을 등록하는 행위

2. 메이드미성형외과 의원에 게시된 정보를 변경하는 행위

3. 메이드미성형외과  의원 기타 제3자의 인격권 또는 지적재산권을 침해하거나 업무를 방해하는 행위

4. 다른 회원의 ID를 도용하는 행위

5. 정크메일(junk mail), 스팸메일(spam mail), 행운의 편지(chain letters), 피라미드 조직에 가입할 것을 권유하는 메일, 외설 또는 폭력적인 메시지·화상·음성 등이 담긴 메일을 보내거나 기타 공서양속에 반하는 정보를 공개 또는 게시하는 행위.

6. 관련 법령에 의하여 그 전송 또는 게시가 금지되는 정보(컴퓨터 프로그램 등)의 전송 또는 게시하는 행위

7. 메이드미성형외과 의원의 직원이나 메이드미성형외과 의원  인터넷 서비스의 관리자를 가장하거나 사칭하여 또는 타인의 명의를 도용하여 글을 게시하거나 메일을 발송하는 행위

8. 컴퓨터 소프트웨어, 하드웨어, 전기통신 장비의 정상적인 가동을 방해, 파괴할 목적으로 고안된 소프트웨어 바이러스, 기타 다른 컴퓨터 코드, 파일, 프로그램을 포함하고 있는 자료를 게시하거나 전자우편으로 발송하는 행위

9. 스토킹(stalking) 등 다른 회원을 괴롭히는 행위

10. 다른 회원에 대한 개인정보를 동의 없이 수집, 저장, 공개하는 행위

11. 불특정 다수의 자를 대상으로 하여 광고 또는 선전을 게시하거나 스팸메일을 전송하는 등의 방법으로 메이드미성형외과 의원의 서비스를 이용하여 영리목적의 활동을 하는 행위

12. 메이드미성형외과 의원이 제공하는 서비스에 정한 약관 기타 서비스 이용에 관한 규정을 위반하는 행위

② 제1항에 해당하는 행위를 한 회원이 있을 경우 메이드미성형외과 의원은 본 약관 제6조 제2, 3항에서 정한 바에 따라 회원의 회원자격을 적절한 방법으로 제한 및 정지, 상실시킬 수 있습니다.

③ 회원은 그 귀책사유로 인하여 메이드미성형외과 의원이나 다른 회원이 입은 손해를 배상할 책임이 있습니다.

제 12조 (공개게시물의 삭제)

회원의 공개게시물의 내용이 다음 각 호에 해당하는 경우 메이드미성형외과 의원은 회원에게 사전 통지 없이 해당 공개게시물을 삭제할 수 있고, 해당 회원의 회원 자격을 제한, 정지 또는 상실시킬 수 있습니다.

1. 다른 회원 또는 제3자를 비방하거나 중상 모략으로 명예를 손상시키는 내용

2. 공서양속에 위반되는 내용의 정보, 문장, 도형 등을 유포하는 내용

3. 범죄행위와 관련이 있다고 판단되는 내용

4. 다른 회원 또는 제3자의 저작권 등 기타 권리를 침해하는 내용

5. 광고성 또는 상업적 목적이 두드러진 경우

5. 기타 관계 법령에 위배된다고 판단되는 내용

제13조(저작권의 귀속 및 이용제한)

① 메이드미성형외과 의원이 작성한 저작물에 대한 저작권 기타 지적재산권은 메이드미성형외과 의원에 귀속합니다.

② 회원은 메이드미성형외과 의원을 이용함으로써 얻은 정보를 메이드미성형외과 의원의 사전승낙 없이 복제, 전송, 출판, 배포, 방송 기타 방법에 의하여 영리목적으로 이용하거나 제3자에게 이용하게 하여서는 안됩니다.

제14조(상담에 관한 규정)

① 서비스에서 진행된 상담의 내용은 개인 신상정보를 삭제한 다음 아래와 같은 목적으로 사용할 수 있습니다.
1) 학술활동
2) 진료활동
3) 의료서비스
4) 인쇄물, CD-ROM 등의 저작활동
5) FAQ, 추천상담 등의 서비스 내용의 일부

② 아래와 같은 상담을 신청하는 경우에는 상담 서비스를 전체 또는 일부 제공하지 않을 수 있습니다.
1) 같은 내용의 상담을 반복하여 신청하는 경우
2) 상식에 어긋나는 표현을 사용하거나 비어를 사용하여 상담을 신청하는 경우
3) 진단명을 요구하는 상담을 신청하는 경우
4) 치료비, 검사비, 의약품 가격, 의약품의 효과 등에 대하여 상담을 신청하는 경우
5) 타인을 해하기 위한 정보 취득목적으로 상담하는 경우

제15조(약관의 개정)

① 메이드미성형외과 의원은 약관의 규제 등에 관한 법률, 전자거래기본법, 전자서명법, 정보통신망 이용촉진 등에 관한 법률 등 관련법을 위배하지 않는 범위에서 본 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다.

② 메이드미성형외과 의원이 본 약관을 개정할 경우에는 적용일자 및 개정사유를 명시하여 현행약관과 함께 초기화면에 그 적용일자 7일 이전부터 적용일자 전일까지 공지합니다.

③ 메이드미성형외과 의원이 본 약관을 개정할 경우에는 그 개정약관은 개정된 내용이 관계 법령에 위배되지 않는 한 개정 이전에 회원으로 가입한 회원에게도 적용됩니다.

④ 변경된 약관에 이의가 있는 회원은 제6조 제1항에 따라 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.

제16조(재판관할)

메이드미성형외과 의원과 회원간에 발생한 서비스 이용에 관한 분쟁으로 인한 소는 민사소송법상의 관할을 가지는 대한민국의 법원에 제기합니다.

부 칙

이 약관은 2011년 10월 10일을 시작으로 새로운 약관이 나오기 전까지 사용한다.

		Article 2 (Definition of Membership)

		"Member" refers to a person who has access to a Member of the USM Plastic Surgery Clinic and who, under the Terms of Use, becomes an online member of the USM Plastic Surgery Clinic and provides services to the USM Plastic Surgery Clinic.

		Article 3 (Membership)

		① If you want to become a member, please fill in the member information according to the registration form set by the Maid US Plastic Surgery Clinic and click the "Register" button to apply for membership.

		②Maid US Plastic Surgery Clinic will register the applicant as a member unless the applicant who has applied for membership as in Paragraph 1 falls under any of the following items:

		1. If the applicant has previously lost his / her membership pursuant to Article 6 (3) of this Agreement. However, except for those who have passed three years after the loss of membership pursuant to Article 6 (3) and have obtained the approval of re-membership with a member of the Maid's Plastic Surgery Clinic.

		2. If there is false information, missing information,

		3. If it is judged that the registration as a member is significantly impeded by the technology of the maids' plastic surgeons

		③ The time for establishing the membership contract is the time when consent with the maid cosmetic surgeon reaches the applicant.

		④ When a change occurs in the contents of the member information described in Paragraph 1, the member must correct the change immediately.

		Article 4 (Provision and Change of Service)

		①Maid US Plastic Surgery Clinic provides the following services to members.

		1.Made US Plastic Surgery Clinic news mail service

		2. Maid's Plastic Surgery Clinic Online Counseling Room / Reservation Service

		3. Section and contents service for online members of the Mae Sai Plastic Surgery Clinic

		4. Miscellaneous services provided by a non-plastic surgeon affiliated with other companies

		②Maid-in-a-Mold Plastic Surgery Clinic can notify the member of the contents of the service to be changed and the date of delivery by the method set out in Article 7, Paragraph 2, and can change the service provided in Paragraph 1 and provide it.

		Article 5 (Suspension of Service)

		①Maid-in-a-Mold Plastic Surgery Clinic can suspend the provision of services temporarily in case of maintenance / replacement / breakdown of telecommunication equipments such as computers, breakdown of communication, breakdown of communication, etc., You may discontinue the services currently provided for reasons reasonably determined by the surgeon.

		② In case of discontinuance of service under Paragraph 1, a member of the Maid Plastic Surgery Clinic shall notify the member in the manner prescribed in Article 7, Paragraph 2. However, this is not the case if advance notice can not be provided due to interruption of service due to cause that can not be controlled by a maid cosmetic surgeon (system administrator's intention, faultless disk failure, system down, etc.).

		Article 6 (Withdrawal from membership and loss of qualification)

		① The member may request to cancel the member registration at any time (withdrawal of membership) from the Maid US Plastic Surgery Clinic. Upon receiving the above request, It is.

		② If a member falls under any of the following grounds, a member of the Maid Plastic Surgery Clinic may restrict, suspend or lose membership of the member in an appropriate manner.

		1. If you registered false information at the time of application

		2. If you threaten the order of electronic transactions such as interfering with the use of other people's plastic surgery clinic sites or stealing the information

		3. If the act is prohibited by laws and ordinances and the act is committed against public morals by using a plastic surgery clinic


		③ If a member of the plastic surgery clinic decides to lose membership, the membership registration will be canceled. In this case, the member is notified of the membership termination before the cancellation and gives the opportunity to call.

		Article 7 (Notice to Members)

		① If a member of a non-plastic surgery clinic notifies a specific member, it can be done by e-mail address registered in the plastic surgery clinic.

		② If a member of a non-plastic surgery surgeon notifies the unspecified number of members, it may be replaced by an individual notification by posting it on the bulletin board of the plastic surgery surgeon for a week or more.

		Article 8 (Protection of Member's Personal Information)

		A member of the Maid US Plastic Surgery Clinic strives to protect the personal information of members, including registration information, in accordance with the laws and regulations. The protection of the member 's personal information shall be as stipulated in the relevant laws and regulations and the "Personal Information Protection Policy" as prescribed by the Member of the National Plastic Surgery Association.

		Article 9 (Responsibility of the Member of the Maid Plastic Surgery Clinic)

		①Maid US Plastic Surgery Clinic does not prohibit the laws and the Terms and the activities contrary to public order and sincerity, and strives to provide continuous and stable service as stipulated by this Agreement.
		②Maid US Plastic Surgery Clinic establishes a security system to protect members' personal information (including credit information) so that members can use the Internet service safely.

		③Maid US Plastic Surgery Clinic does not send commercial emails for commercial purposes that the member does not want.

		Article 10 (Obligations for Membership ID and Password)

		① Each member is responsible for the management of his or her ID and password, except when a member of the Do-it-Yourself Plastic Surgery Committee is responsible for the related laws and the "Personal Information Protection Policy".

		② Members shall not allow their ID and password to be used by a third party.

		③ If a member recognizes that his / her ID and password are stolen or is being used by a third party, he / she shall notify the Member of the MADE Plastic Surgery Clinic and shall follow the instructions of the Member of the MADE Plastic Surgery Clinic.

		Article 11 (Membership Obligations)

		① Members shall not engage in any of the following acts.

		1. Register false information when applying for membership or change

		2. Making changes to the information posted on the Do-it-Yourself Plastic Surgery Clinic

		3. Acts that infringe on the moral or intellectual property rights of a maid or other plastic surgeon or any other third party,

		4. Taking other members' IDs

		5. Send junk e-mail, spam mail, chain letters, e-mails to join the pyramid organization, e-mails containing obscene or violent messages, images, To disclose or post information that is contrary to the public good.

		6. Transmitting or posting information (such as a computer program) that is prohibited from being transmitted or posted under relevant laws and regulations

		7. To post or e-mail an employee of a maid-in-plastic surgeon or impersonate or impersonate a manager of a maid-in-plastic surgeon's Internet service or steal someone's name

		8. Posting or e-mailing materials containing software viruses or other computer code, files, or programs designed to interfere with or destroy the normal operation of computer software, hardware, telecommunications equipment;

		9. To harass other members, such as stalking

		10. Collect, store and disclose personal information about other members without consent.

		11. Doing business for profit by using the services of the Maid's Plastic Surgery Clinic by posting advertisements or propaganda or sending spam to a large number of unspecified persons

		12. Any act that violates the provisions of the Terms of Service provided by a Member of the US Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and other services

		② If there is a member who has acted in accordance with Paragraph 1, the Maid Plastic Surgery Clinic may limit, suspend or lose the membership of the member in an appropriate manner as stipulated in Article 6, Clause 2, .

		③ The member is liable to compensate for the damage suffered by the member of the maid cosmetic surgery or other member due to the cause of the cause.

		Article 12 (Deletion of Public Posts)

		If a member's public posting falls under any of the following items, a member of a maid cosmetic surgery member may delete the public post without prior notice to the member and limit, suspend or lose the member's membership.

		1. Content that defames another member or a third party by defamation or slander.

		2. Distribution of information, sentences, figures, etc. in violation of public order and morals

		3. Content deemed to be related to criminal activity

		4. Infringement of copyright or other rights of other members or third parties

		5. Prominent advertising or commercial purposes

		5. Other matters that are considered to be in violation of related laws

		Article 13 (Restriction of Use and Restriction of Copyright)

		① The copyright and other intellectual property rights of the work created by the maid cosmetic surgeon belong to the maid cosmetic surgeon.

		② Members shall not use the information obtained by using the Maid's Plastic Surgery Clinic for profit-making purposes or use them for any third party by copying, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting or otherwise without the prior approval of the Maid Plastic Surgery Clinic.

		Article 14 (Regulations on Counseling)

		① The contents of the consultation conducted by the service can be used for the following purposes after deleting the personal information.
		1) Academic Activities
		2) Clinical activities
		3) Medical Services
		4) Copying activities such as printed matter and CD-ROM
		5) Some of the contents of the service such as FAQ and recommendation consultation

		② If you apply for the following consultation, you may not be able to provide all or part of the consultation service.
		1) If you apply for the same consultation repeatedly
		2) If you use the expressions that are not common sense or apply for consultation using beer
		3) When applying for consultation requiring diagnosis name
		4) medical expenses, examination fees, drug prices, medicines

Tujuan dari Syarat dan Ketentuan ini adalah untuk mematuhi ketentuan Undang-Undang Bisnis Telekomunikasi dan Keputusan Penegakan Undang-undang Bisnis Telekomunikasi,

Pasal 1 (Tujuan, dll.)

① Klinik Pembedahan Plastik Pembantu AS (http://www.mademe.co.kr) Persyaratan Pengguna ("Persyaratan dan Ketentuan") adalah layanan terkait Internet (selanjutnya disebut "Layanan") yang diberikan oleh Klinik Pembedahan Plastik Pembantu AS Tujuan undang-undang ini adalah untuk menentukan hak, tugas dan tanggung jawab anggota dan anggota klinik bedah kosmetik pembantu.

② Jika Anda ingin menjadi anggota, klik tombol "Register" setelah mengikuti prosedur yang ditentukan oleh Anggota Klinik Bedah Plastik Maeil dan Anda menyetujui Syarat dan Ketentuan ini. Hak, tugas, dan tanggung jawab anggota selain yang diatur dalam Persyaratan dan Ketentuan ini dan Klinik Bedah Plastik MeiDi diatur oleh Undang-Undang Bisnis Telekomunikasi dan undang-undang dan peraturan lain yang relevan di Republik Korea.

Pasal 2 (Definisi Keanggotaan)

"Anggota" mengacu pada orang yang memiliki akses ke Anggota Klinik Bedah Plastik USM dan yang, berdasarkan Persyaratan Penggunaan, menjadi anggota online Klinik Bedah Plastik USM dan memberikan layanan ke Klinik Bedah Plastik USM.

Pasal 3 (Keanggotaan)

① Jika Anda ingin menjadi anggota, mohon isi informasi anggota sesuai formulir pendaftaran yang ditetapkan oleh Klinik Pembedahan Plastik Pembantu AS dan klik tombol "Register" untuk mengajukan keanggotaan.

② Klinik Pembedahan Plastik AS akan mendaftarkan pemohon sebagai anggota kecuali pemohon yang mengajukan permohonan keanggotaan seperti dalam Paragraf 1 termasuk dalam item berikut:

1. Jika pemohon sebelumnya telah kehilangan keanggotaannya sesuai dengan Pasal 6 (3) dari Persetujuan ini. Namun, kecuali mereka yang telah lulus tiga tahun setelah kehilangan keanggotaan sesuai dengan Pasal 6 (3) dan telah mendapatkan persetujuan keanggotaan ulang dengan anggota Klinik Pembedahan Plastik Pembantu.

Pasal 4 (Ketentuan dan Perubahan Layanan)

① Klinik Pembedahan Plastik AS memberikan layanan berikut kepada anggota.

2. Klinik Pembedahan Plastik Pembantu Online Konseling Room / Reservation Service

3. Bagian dan isi layanan untuk anggota online Klinik Bedah Plastik Mae Sai

4. Aneka layanan yang diberikan oleh ahli bedah non-plastik yang berafiliasi dengan perusahaan lain

Klinik Pembedahan Plastik Maju-in-a-Mold dapat memberi tahu anggota isi layanan yang akan diubah dan tanggal pengiriman dengan metode yang ditetapkan dalam Pasal 7 ayat 2 dan dapat mengubah layanan yang diberikan dalam Paragraf 1 dan memberikannya.

Pasal 5 (Penundaan Pelayanan)

Pasal 6 (Penarikan dari keanggotaan dan kehilangan kualifikasi)

③ Jika anggota klinik operasi plastik memutuskan untuk kehilangan keanggotaan, pendaftaran keanggotaan akan dibatalkan. Dalam hal ini, anggota diberi tahu tentang penghentian keanggotaan sebelum pembatalan dan memberi kesempatan untuk menelepon.

Pasal 7 (Pemberitahuan kepada Anggota)

① Jika anggota klinik operasi non-plastik memberi tahu anggota tertentu, dapat dilakukan melalui alamat e-mail yang terdaftar di klinik bedah plastik.

② Jika anggota ahli bedah bedah non-plastik memberitahukan jumlah anggota yang tidak ditentukan, mungkin akan diganti dengan pemberitahuan individual dengan memasangnya di papan buletin ahli bedah plastik selama seminggu atau lebih.

Pasal 8 (Perlindungan Informasi Pribadi Anggota)

Seorang anggota Klinik Pembedahan Plastik Pembantu AS berusaha untuk melindungi informasi pribadi anggota, termasuk informasi pendaftaran, sesuai dengan undang-undang dan peraturan. Perlindungan terhadap informasi pribadi anggota adalah sebagaimana diatur dalam undang-undang dan peraturan yang berlaku dan "Kebijakan Perlindungan Informasi Pribadi" sebagaimana ditentukan oleh Anggota Asosiasi Pembedahan Plastik Nasional.

Pasal 9 (Tanggung Jawab Anggota Klinik Pembedahan Plastik Pembantu)

Pasal 10 (Kewajiban untuk ID Keanggotaan dan Kata Sandi)

① Setiap anggota bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan ID dan kata sandinya, kecuali jika anggota Komite Bedah Plastik Do-it-Yourself bertanggung jawab atas undang-undang terkait dan "Kebijakan Perlindungan Informasi Pribadi".

② Anggota tidak mengizinkan ID dan kata sandi mereka untuk digunakan oleh pihak ketiga.

Pasal 11 (Kewajiban Keanggotaan)

① Anggota tidak boleh melakukan tindakan berikut.

1. Daftarkan informasi palsu saat mengajukan keanggotaan atau perubahan

2. Membuat perubahan pada informasi yang diposting di Klinik Bedah Plastik Do-it-Yourself

3. Tindakan yang melanggar hak kekayaan intelektual atau moral pembantu atau ahli bedah plastik lainnya atau pihak ketiga lainnya, atau mengganggu pekerjaan;

4. Mengambil anggota anggota lainnya

5. Kirim e-mail sampah, surat spam, surat berantai, e-mail untuk bergabung dengan organisasi piramida, e-mail yang berisi pesan cabul atau kekerasan, gambar, Mengungkapkan atau mengeposkan informasi yang bertentangan dengan kepentingan umum.

12. Setiap tindakan yang melanggar ketentuan Persyaratan Layanan yang diberikan oleh Anggota Departemen Bedah Plastik dan Rekonstruksi AS dan layanan lainnya.

② Jika ada anggota yang telah bertindak sesuai dengan ayat 1, Klinik Pembedahan Plastik Pembantu dapat membatasi, menangguhkan, atau kehilangan keanggotaan anggota dengan cara yang sesuai sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 6, Klausul 2, .

③ Anggota bertanggung jawab untuk mengimbangi kerusakan yang dialami oleh seorang anggota pembedahan kosmetik atau anggota lainnya karena penyebab penyebabnya.

Pasal 12 (Penghapusan Pos Publik)

Jika posting umum anggota termasuk dalam item berikut, anggota anggota operasi kosmetik pembantu dapat menghapus pos publik tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya kepada anggota dan membatasi, menangguhkan atau kehilangan anggota keanggotaan.

Pasal 13 (Pembatasan Penggunaan dan Pembatasan Hak Cipta)

② Anggota tidak boleh menggunakan informasi yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan Klinik Pembedahan Plastik Pembantu untuk tujuan pembuatan keuntungan atau menggunakannya untuk pihak ketiga manapun dengan menyalin, mentransmisikan, menerbitkan, mendistribusikan, menyiarkan atau lainnya tanpa mendapat persetujuan dari Klinik Pembedahan Plastik Pembantu.

Pasal 14 (Peraturan tentang Konseling)

① Isi konsultasi yang dilakukan oleh layanan dapat digunakan untuk tujuan berikut setelah menghapus informasi pribadi.
1) Kegiatan Akademik
2) Aktivitas klinis
3) Pelayanan Kesehatan
4) Menyalin kegiatan seperti materi cetak dan CD-ROM
5) Beberapa isi layanan seperti FAQ dan rekomendasi konsultasi

② Jika Anda mengajukan konsultasi berikut, Anda mungkin tidak dapat menyediakan semua atau sebagian dari layanan konsultasi.
